Which hair types is this product best for?
  • Our products are designed for all hair types.

 What is the shelf life and how should the product be stored?
  • Scalp and Hair Butter: Shelf life is 1 year; store in a cool, dry place.
  • Hair Serum: Shelf life is 1 year after opening; store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat

How often should I use the products?
Scalp and Hair Butter : 
  • Use on and in between wash days
  • Can be applied every other day or as needed.
Scalp and Hair Serum
  •  Apply daily or every other day to promote a healthy, hydrated scalp and hair growth.
  • Use to detangle hair when removing braids and extensions to added slippage in order to reduce friction and breakage
Will your product guarantee hair growth for stubborn, stunted hair growth? 
  • While our products help promote healthy hair, results vary based on individual needs and consistency product use.

Are your products safe for children? 
  • Yes, our products are safe for children; we recommend usage for children 2 years old and up. 
  • We recommend performing a small patch test to ensure no allergic reaction.

Are your products safe for people with allergies? 
  • While care and love goes into every product produced we recommend to always perform a small patch test to ensure no allergic reaction.
  • Some ingredients may have been processed in facilities that also handle peanuts.
Why did/does the Hair & Scalp butter soften or melt?
  • Our shea butter products are made with pure, natural ingredients and no synthetic stabilizers. Because of this, shea butter can melt in warm temperatures (usually above 89°F). This is completely normal and doesn’t affect the quality or benefits of the product.

  • If your product arrives melted or softer than usual, simply place it in a cool area or refrigerate it for a short time. It will firm back up naturally and be ready to use.
